Warm weather and tough workouts are great for you, but heat, sweat and friction can leave intimate skin feeling uncomfortable. A few small habits make a big difference.
Before you sweat
- Wear moisture-wicking or breathable fabrics.
- Use a talc-free powder mist like Floravia Probiotics Powder Mist to help reduce moisture and friction.
Right after
- Change out of sweaty clothes and wet swimsuits as soon as you can.
- Rinse with a gentle, pH-balanced wash. For a cooling reset, try Floravia Cooling Feminine Wash.
- Pat dry thoroughly before getting dressed.
When you can't shower
Keep an alcohol-free intimate deodorant spray or a few individually wrapped wipes in your gym bag for a quick refresh on external skin.
Soothing irritation
If shaving or chafing leaves external skin irritated, a fragrance-free soothing cream can help it feel comfortable again. If irritation doesn't improve, check in with your provider.
