Subscription Cancellation Policy

Floravia Subscribe & Save subscriptions renew automatically. When you subscribe, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the delivery schedule you choose at checkout until you cancel.

How to cancel

• Log in to your Floravia account, open Subscriptions and select Cancel subscription.
• Or email floraviahealth@gmail.com with your name and the email address on your order, and we'll cancel it for you within 1–2 business days.

When cancellation takes effect

To avoid being charged for your next order, cancel before your next billing date. Orders that have already been charged or shipped can't be canceled, but unopened items can be returned under our Refund Policy.

Skip, pause or change

You can skip a delivery, pause your subscription, or change products or delivery frequency from your account anytime before your next billing date.

No fees or commitments

There's no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. The Subscribe & Save discount applies only to active subscription orders.
