Orders ship within 1–2 business days. US orders over $80 ship free; orders under $80 ship for a flat $8.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened products can't be returned for hygiene reasons. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Are Floravia products fragrance-free?
Our gels are fragrance-free. Some washes and mists include a light, skin-friendly scent — check each product’s ingredients.
Can I use Floravia while pregnant or nursing?
